212 After School Program

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, children need more than 60 minutes of physical activity each day to stay healthy. Through 212 designed drills, games, and exercises, we've designed a program that can help with that.

Our coaches will provide a positive environment where your children will:

  • Get healthy and fit and have fun doing it

  • Learn the importance of teamwork

  • Improve strength, agility, and speed

  • Build confidence

  • Become inspired about health and fitness

  • Learn leadership skills
