Short blog today, but I was thinking back to a lot of the repetitive cues I give on a daily basis that are usually followed by some anecdote I have amassed over the past 34 years of my life.
Why is it that around 8pm on a Sunday night, grumblings start to emerge of complaints that tomorrow is a Monday? And then, once Monday hits, all there is are complaints and whining going on that it’s Monday.
It’s been 20 years since I stayed up late on a hot summer night in August of 1994 to watch Metallica (my favorite band at the time) play live…damn I’m getting old. And so are they. I’d better see them live soon huh???
Growing up, I will admit I was an emotional eater. Not being aware of my actions had lead to being morbidly obese with medical issues. I can point the finger at my environment, school, peers, and college lifestyle.

Three months ago, my life changed for the better. On April 6th, I became a father. Every emotion that you can experience, I experienced on that day. My main hope is that I am able to be the best father I can be for Adrionna.
