A few years ago I was searching for a new gym and a friend suggested 212. I immediately loved the friendly, no pressure atmosphere. It’s great to be taking a class and look out to see members of all ages working on their personal fitness goals.
The coaches are fantastic, knowledgeable and recently helped me rehab an injury that might have kept me out of the gym for the better part of a year.
The importance of exercise for physical and mental health cannot be stressed enough, and 212 has made me into one strong lady.
