Born in Providence RI, Scott was involved in sports throughout his childhood. He gravitated to football, playing QB in high school. After high school, he started working construction, but started playing Flag Football and coaching youth football to stay connected to the sport. Scott has always enjoyed working out and staying healthy. Self-labeled as "the most positive guy in the room", he has always tried to share that positive mindset with others. In 2003 Scott became a single parent raising his 3 girls. Although construction gave him stability and paid the bills, it wasn't satisfying enough. Feeling like he wanted to help people with health, wellness and positivity, after 30 years of construction, he decided to leave his job and do what he loved to do most- train, teach, coach and motivate others to live a healthy stress-free lifestyle. In 2017 Scott was certified in personal training through NASM. He is also certified with (FMS) Functional Movement System and is a Youth Exercise Specialist. He is excited to be a part of the 212 team!
