Presley Toli

Hi, my name is Presley! I’ve been immersed in sports my entire life, but the real excitement came when I discovered my passion off the field—strength and conditioning. This is where individuals can unlock their full potential and turn it into undeniable strength. There’s nothing more exhilarating than pushing limits and unlocking true athletic potential in the gym. With a Master’s Degree in Physical Education specializing in Strength and Conditioning from Bridgewater State University, I’ve had the privilege of working as an adaptive physical education teacher, personal trainer, group class instructor, and strength and conditioning coach for middle and high school athletes. Recently, I took on the challenge of training for a full marathon, embracing the discomfort of pushing my own limits. I aim to be the hardest worker in the room, and I thrive on helping others push their limits, overcome obstacles in their training, and develop a new kind of grit that carries over into all areas of life. I believe strength and conditioning is for everyone, as we all face challenges that require both physical and mental strength. My mission is to inspire those around me to embrace their inner athlete and commit to reaching their full potential. You deserve a future filled with energy, vitality, and strength!
