I have always been passionate about athletics, competing at recreational, high school and collegiate levels. I must admit, up until the summer going into college, I absolutely despised going to the gym. The most I would do were some curls in high school to try and impress my then girlfriend, now wife (I guess it did work). Although the Bi’s were looking good for date night, I knew in the back of my mind that I needed to start working out more seriously to prevent injury (already suffering a torn quad and a back injury). This is where I was introduced to the 212 team.
My introduction to the 212 team came during the summer of 2009 when my dad and I were looking for a gym that we could join, helping me gain some much-needed strength and help him lose some weight. When we went into then Punch, we liked it so much that we both signed up right on the spot.
Since joining over 10 years ago, I have been able to push my limits both physically and mentally while being injury free and I will always be grateful for the team at 212 for this.
